Continuing education workshops for certified TRE providers, trainees and trainers, led by Lynea Gillen
Lynea's continuing education workshops are built for providers who want more than a refresher. Each workshop draws on her 50 years of somatic experience, her background as a Licensed Professional Counselor, and her ongoing collaboration with TRE for All (TFA) and Dr. David Berceli. The topics range from working with specific populations to integrating creative methodology and cultural perspectives into your TRE practice — and every session is designed to give you something you can use in your next group or session.
These are live, interactive workshops with Lynea — not recorded lectures. Cohorts are small enough that she can respond to what you bring into the room. If you've been looking for CE that actually moves your practice forward, this is what Lynea has been building for the past ten years.
Workshops are offered throughout the year — check the calendar for upcoming dates.
When clients begin to emerge from a freeze response, the moment can be both powerful and delicate. As the nervous system comes back online, clients may experience disorientation, emotional intensity, or sudden waves of sensation. Without skillful support, this transition can become overwhelming — or lead back into shutdown.

Join the WaitlistIt's common for the story of trauma to emerge when people practice TRE with a Provider; bearing witness to it while tremoring can help the healing process, but how we work with the story is important in a TRE session as well as our professional boundaries.

Lynea has mentored my clinical practice as an acupuncturist to the point where TRE is one of the primary activities I do with my clients. We offer care for people with PTSD and also training for community health workers in trauma-informed practices. Again here, with Lynea's mentorship, TRE has become a cornerstone of our global projects, as well!
