About TRE

TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a body-based practice that activates your nervous system's natural tremoring mechanism to release deeply held stress and tension. Developed by Dr. David Berceli, TRE is practiced in more than 60 countries. It's not therapy — it's a self-regulation tool that many people use alongside their existing health and wellness practices. For most people, yes. The neurogenic tremor is a natural process, and TRE gives you tools to regulate its intensity — you can slow it down or stop it at any time. Lynea's training emphasizes safety and teaches practitioners how to recognize when someone may need support beyond the scope of TRE. If you have a history of significant stress or trauma, a conversation with Lynea before beginning is recommended. Book a free consultation
Yes — developing a sustainable personal practice is one of the goals of Module 1. After training, most practitioners continue TRE independently. That said, learning with a skilled guide makes a real difference, especially in the beginning. Lynea teaches you how to read your own body's signals and regulate the tremoring process yourself. About Training

No. Module 1 is open to everyone — health and wellness professionals, personal growth seekers, and anyone curious about TRE. About half of Module 1 participants take it for personal benefit without pursuing certification. It's a complete experience on its own. Learn about Module 1
The Intro Session ($95) is a single 60-minute guided experience — you'll feel what TRE is like in your own body. Module 1 ($395) is a 12-hour foundational training that gives you a deep understanding of the practice, the science behind it, and a personal practice you can sustain. If you're unsure, the Intro Session is a low-commitment way to find out if TRE resonates with you. Book an Intro Session
Most practitioners complete the full certification in 12–18 months, though you move at your own pace. The path includes three weekend training modules, 12+ supervision hours, and practice. There's no deadline. See the full certification path
Module 1 is $395. The full certification (three modules, supervisions & enrollment fee) totals $2,930, paid as you go — one module and supervision at a time. Installment billing is available through PayPal Credit. See full requirements and costs
