Completion of Module 1, plus a minimum number of personal TRE practice hours and a supervision session with Lynea. Specific requirements are discussed during Module 1.
Completion of Module 2, supervised facilitation hours, and demonstration of competency in group and individual TRE facilitation. Requirements are outlined during Module 2.
Completion of all three modules plus required supervision hours. Certification is granted through TRE for All (TFA).
Most practitioners complete the full certification in 12–18 months, though you can move at your own pace. There is no deadline. Lynea runs two certification cohorts per year (Spring and Fall), so the natural rhythm gives you time to develop your practice between modules.
