One-on-one and small-group guidance to deepen your practice and build confidence as a TRE provider
Supervision with Lynea is a dedicated space to work through the real questions that come up in your TRE practice — what to do when a participant's tremoring intensifies unexpectedly, how to navigate emotional responses, when to refer, and how to build your own confidence as a facilitator. Sessions are live on Zoom, individually or in small groups, and structured around what you're encountering in your actual work.
This isn't evaluation. It's mentorship. Lynea brings 50 years of somatic experience and a decade of training professionals to every session.
Supervision is available to current and former students at any stage of the certification process. Most practitioners begin supervision during or after Module 2, when they start facilitating TRE with others. But supervision is also valuable for certified providers who want ongoing mentorship — a professional relationship that continues beyond certification.
If you completed Module 1 with Lynea and are continuing your path, supervision is part of how she stays connected to your development.
Supervision hours are a required component of TRE certification through TRE for All (TFA). The specific number of hours and the timing within the certification process are discussed during Modules 2 and 3. Lynea works with each practitioner to build a supervision schedule that fits their pace and practice development.
Contact Lynea directly to arrange a supervision session. If you're not yet in a module, start with Module 1 — supervision becomes available as your practice develops.
TRE is a body-based practice for self-regulation. It is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. TRE training workshops are educational in nature and do not constitute therapy or counseling.
